THE IMPORTANCE OF EMOTIONAL RELEASE

The emotional fall out from the recent gateways that have been passed through have led to the creation of this page of information which we hope will show YOU that YOU are far from alone in what YOU are FEELing at this moment. For us personally this has been a time of intense release and the realms here to guide and support have guided us to share with YOU the journey so that YOU may see it for what it is, a journey.

At NO point do YOU walk this journey alone, at NO point can YOU fail to grow and expand SELF, for YOU incarnated here on this planet, at this time for a reason. Allow YOUrself to SEE that reason and to FEEL it.

For many are still moving within the old energies of following and looking outwith. NOTHING on this journey is outwith SELF. ALL is created as a reflection of within. Each and EVERY human BEing on this planet incarnated with a heart seeded with TRUTH.

To unveil TRUTH simply let go. Allow the dramas to show YOU where old illusion programming still reside. Then detach, become the observer and watch as it all dissolves. For all that is not TRUTH will dissolve, all that remains is TRUTH.

One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord. Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.

In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand. Sometimes there were two sets of footprints, other times there was one only.

This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could see only one set of footprints, so I said to the Lord,

“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you, you would walk with me always. But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life there has only been one set of footprints in the sand. Why, when I needed you most, have you not been there for me?”

The Lord replied, “The years when you have seen only one set of footprints, my child, is when I carried you.”

The above poem clearly shows the depth of LOVE that YOU have for YOU. For the word "Lord" can be seen the in the context of that higher part of SELF that never leaves us. Much distortion is taught within religion and we at Crystalline Sanctuary are not here to lead nor preach. We host this poem for the FEELing that it creates and from guidance from the Angelic Realms who walk with YOU when YOU FEEL sorrow, pain and loss. For these are filters taught by illusion to keep YOU from SEEing TRUTH.

Allow the tears to flow and follow the path that this creates for YOU. For the angelic realms step forward as soon as YOU take the first step which is RELEASE.

Know that YOU do not cry necessarily for people, places or events that have happened in this human life experience. YOU have incarnated many, many times and often this will have been into a life experience of trauma and pain. The lessons are now learned and they ask to be set FREE.

The new energies do not support the storing of grief in any form within the body and this is what is being released. YOU may FEEL overwhelmed by the depth of emotion, but know that YOUr SOUL supports this release. For in the release of tears is cleansing and clearing, and across the ocean of grief stands a version of SELF that is strong beyond words. To align with this SELF allow the angelic realms to help YOU steer your boat over the oceans of grief so YOU may re-align with YOUrself.

YOU are a BEing of infinte LIGHT and infinite LOVE, do not allow the illusion to show YOU pain and keep the path out of that pain hidden. For it will be illuminated brightly by the tears that wash the path clear. YOU are not alone, YOU are loved and supported by ALL realms at ALL moments.
